Nash Maritime has recently joined the APEM Group and is growing. If you are career focussed and looking to work on various projects and gain experience of project management and staff mentoring, then this role could be your perfect opportunity. You will be responsible for analysing information using proprietary software, including GIS applications, risk and safety modelling using specialist tools and software, risk assessment and report writing. You will also take an active role in managing certain elements of projects you are involved in, ensuring that quality, time, and costs are managed and that all risks are escalated to Principal Consultants where appropriate.
You will be educated to degree level, preferably MSc, alongside having demonstrable experience and interest in the maritime industry, alongside experience in GIS and data. You will be confident in applying your technical knowledge to analysing problems, with an open mind to innovative solutions. Previous experience in project management would be beneficial, as well as a track record of successful client and/or stakeholder management. With excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to a varied audience, whether working independently or as part of a team, your enthusiasm, drive, and eagerness to learn will make you an invaluable addition to our team.
