About The Role

Are you an experienced environmental consultant and looking to use your knowledge in supporting clients with linear infrastructure projects? Do you have knowledge of writing environmental statements, EIA Reports, and other pivotal environmental consenting documents?

 

We are actively searching for a Senior EIA Consultant to join our growing team and become an integral part of our journey as we spearhead renewable and coastal projects across the UK and Ireland. APEM is exceptionally well positioned to support projects substantially contributing to net zero targets so your role will have help to deliver fast moving and varied projects delivering tangible benefits to the environment.

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Previous experience supporting terrestrial EIA work, including screening, scoping and end reporting.
  • A good understanding of the UK &/ Irish policy and regulatory framework for EIA and ideally SEA.
  • You will have demonstrable stakeholder engagement expertise such as managing stakeholder meetings and input into supporting material relevant to EIAs.
  • Experience of working within a variety of planning regimes, such as NSIP/DCO, TCPA, S36 (Scotland), Marine Licenses and DNS (Wales).
  • Candidates in or with Scottish and Ireland experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
