About The Role

Are you an experienced Administrator that is looking for an opportunity to further develop your skill-set?

The purpose of our Bid Team is to manage the tender selection process and to coordinate the response of the technical sections by liaising with the scientists who have the specialist knowledge required.

As a Bid Administrator you'll provide support to manage leads, identify and secure future tender opportunities, support in the production of tenders, and assist in the analysis and reporting of bid and marketing activity.

Furthermore you'll provide support to senior members of the Bid Team directly on bid completion.  You'll enjoy much variety in your work which will include data processing, analysis and interpretation.

Once you have mastered this role you will proactively support the Bid Team and take a more active role in helping to prepare tenders - offering up suggestions to help make the presentation of tenders and bid to be the best they can be. Over time the role will grow, and we would hope you see a career in bids.

Please note that this role is initially being offered on a 12 month fixed term contract. We also need someone that is within travelling distance to our Stockport office as you will be expected to work there at least once a month with the rest of the team.
