About The Role

Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of exciting projects, we are seeking a Senior Consultant – Planning and Approvals to join our team.

In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of environmental assessment and approval programs for renewable energy projects. From site selection and feasibility studies to securing statutory approvals and engaging with stakeholders, you’ll provide technical expertise and ensure the successful delivery of energy infrastructure projects.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in planning, approvals, or environmental assessment.
  • Expertise in Queensland’s Planning Act 2016 and other relevant legislation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
  • A degree in environmental science, planning, or environmental management.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively in a team, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
